Not giving up without a fight

To all of my readers celebrating the Jewish New Year, Shana Tovah! I tried to convince Gabriella that dipping my favourite fruit in honey meant that Jews are expected to ring in the new year in a naked and sticky kind of way. She didn’t buy it.
